Guest policies

Please review the information below before booking. Contact us directly if you have any questions or need to make a special arrangement.

Check-in: Check-in is available from 2:00 pm.
Check-out: Check-out is by 10:00 am.
Breakfast: Breakfast is included when specified in your selected room rate. Our breakfast generally includes eggs, bacon, pork or beef sausage, toast, tea or coffee, juice, muesli, and yoghurt. Please let us know before your stay if you have dietary requirements or food allergies. We will do our best to assist, although not every requirement can necessarily be accommodated.
Cancellation policy: Cancellation terms may differ when a booking is made through a third-party booking platform. The terms shown during booking will apply. Please contact us if you need clarification before booking.
Pets: Pet-friendly stays may be available by prior arrangement. Please contact us before booking so that we can confirm whether the property and selected room are suitable for your pet.
Noise: To help all guests enjoy their stay, parties and loud music are not permitted. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm.
Parking: Complimentary secure on-site parking is available for guests.
Booking and deposit: Where a deposit is required, payment must be received within 24 hours to secure the booking, unless another arrangement has been agreed with us.
