The Anchorage is a small, family-run bed and breakfast in Kloof, KwaZulu-Natal, with beautiful views across Krantzkloof Nature Reserve.
Our Story
Our family home for more than 25 years
Our family has called this property home for more than 25 years. With its established gardens, abundant birdlife, and views towards the forested valleys of Krantzkloof, it has always been a special place to us.
In 2019, we opened The Anchorage to guests, creating a welcoming and comfortable place for people visiting Kloof, exploring the reserve, travelling for work, attending nearby events, or simply taking a break.
With only three en-suite guest rooms, we are able to offer a more personal stay. Guests can enjoy patio seating, the swimming pool and pool deck, garden areas, and easy access to Kloof, Hillcrest, Watercrest Mall, and the surrounding attractions.
Two friendly dogs also live on the property. Guests should keep this in mind when booking, and pet-friendly stays can be arranged with us in advance.
